You KNOW you should drink more water, but do you know WHY?
Even mild dehydration can affect memory, mood, concentration and reaction time! Hydration is a key element in brain performance, digestive harmony, more energy, weight management, joint comfort, body temperature regulation, toxin removal, and headache reduction.
In other words-water makes you smarter, thinner, faster, cooler, healthier, and cleaner. Maybe a wee bit exaggerated, but you get the gist!
What's that? You don't like water, you say? Well, I didn't love plain avocados until I discovered putting lime and everything but the bagel seasoning on them. Like most things, you just find what works for you!
Sass up your water if you don't like it plain! Float lemon, lime, or orange wedges, cucumber slices, or berries to give it some healthy pizzazz.
You can also use clean electrolytes like Re-Lyte or LMNT! (use our link to order)
Slide in a sugar-free seltzer, and a decaf tea or coffee here and there. It doesn't replace pure water, but it does count toward your hydration
Healthy Habit Hack:
Stay away from plastic bottled water. The chemical BPA is in the bottles and seeps into the water which gets into your bloodstream. Fill up a stainless or glass water bottle from a filtered water source.
You're worth the extra time and effort!
